South Africa: City Rated Africa's Top Tourist Spot

Cape Town was 10th in the world rankings. Although it slipped from its sixth spot last year, Mansoor Mohamed, the city's executive director for economic and social development and tourism, said it had bettered such top destinations as Dubai and Paris.
